Process for ordering custom labels

In today's world, custom labels are one of the easy and efficient ways to promote your brand's business, and it's the best and right choice for you!

The following ten steps will give you a quick overview of our ordering process, and we hope you find them helpful; you can also check out our infographic for a quick overview.

Step 1: Request a Quote

• Please fill out the quote form or send us an inquiry via email at sales@labelprintingchina.com.
• You'll need to tell us what you're looking for regarding labels, final artwork, or images and include full details: material, size, color, quantity, finish, and any special instructions.

Step 2: Review, Estimate and Confirm Quote

• Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a quote based on the project.
• The quote includes all your labeling details, delivery and payment terms, etc.
• You should review it thoroughly and speak with your labeling solutions specialist if you have any questions.

Step 3: Place your order

• To order your labels online, email your artwork to sales@labelprintingchina.com.
• Please provide your order's details: label size, color, quantity, material, finish and any special instructions.
• Please also tell us the delivery information: company name, notes, physical address, zip code, phone/mobile for invoicing.

Step 4: Provide artwork

• Please send us your label file via email at sales@labelprintingchina.com.
• We can also help you design custom labels for free until you feel satisfied.
• If you have questions about your label file, please get in touch with us.

Step 5: View and Confirm Your Artwork

• The first time we receive your artwork, we will immediately review it and confirm with you the custom label size, color, quantity, material, finish and any special instructions.
• Any questions you have about the labels, we will promptly address and resolve your questions so that you can have a nice shopping experience!

Step 6: Printing Proofs

• After we carefully review your artwork, proofread and match all label specifications to your official quote before printing, we will email you a PDF proof for your review.
• You will be provided with proofs of PDF before production. We will also provide you with the results you would like to achieve upon request.

Step 7: Proof of Approval

• As soon as we receive your approval, we will schedule printing!
• Printing of customized labels is usually completed within 3-5 business days. Still, if you are in a hurry to receive your labels, we will arrange for them to be printed as soon as possible to ensure the quality of the labels and that you receive them as soon as possible.

Step 8: Payment & Invoice

• After ordering the labels, you can make the payment.
• You can pay for your order by T/T (bank transfer), Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, etc. We will send you an invoice for your order.
• An invoice is issued for you, which usually includes all your labeling details, delivery terms, payment terms, bank details etc.

Step 9: Shipping & Delivery

• We can ship worldwide to get your artwork as quickly as possible!
• We ship by DHL/EMS/FedEx/UPS and usually deliver in 3-7 days. We can deliver to your home by sea or air according to your needs.
