Offset Printing

What is the process of product label printing?
1. Printing
When the artwork file is ready, transfer it to our HP digital printing press; a simple operation will work. Compared with traditional printing presses, it will be faster, more efficient, and of higher quality to complete the artwork according to your needs, and the turnaround time is faster, which saves you precious time.
2. Finishing & Die-cutting
After the labels are printed, they are processed for cutting and finishing. Cutting uses a cutting tool or die-cutting machine to cut the label into the desired shape and size; cutting also includes full-penetration and half-penetration; finishing includes embossing, foil stamping, lamination, or UV coating.Choose your favorite finish.
3. Quality Control & Transportation
During the label production process for finished products, we will carefully and strictly control the quality of products. Especially when finishing products, we will double-check each label's color, size, quantity, carefully and attentively.
